Rules and conditions for using NVC Coach

By using NVC Coach, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You may use the service for lawful communication training purposes. Abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and harmful activity are prohibited. You must also follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
AI feedback and generated content are provided for educational support. You remain responsible for decisions made using service outputs.
Paid features may require subscription or one-time payment. Billing terms, renewal rules, and cancellation options are shown during checkout.
You may request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. Renewal payments are non-refundable except for duplicate charges or when we are unable to provide the service, unless applicable law requires otherwise. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
To request a refund, email nikeyang257@gmail.com with the email address used for your purchase and your order or receipt reference so we can identify the payment. Do not send card details or passwords.
You can cancel renewal through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves access until the end of the paid billing period; it does not automatically request a refund. Please contact us separately for a refund under this policy.
NVC Coach and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute proprietary materials without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NVC Coach is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
