Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

NVC Coach is designed for communication practice, reflection, and educational role-play. You may use the service only for lawful, safe, and non-abusive purposes.

Allowed Uses

• Practicing workplace, family, and social conversations
• Reviewing AI-generated communication feedback
• Learning and applying Nonviolent Communication principles

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to create, request, or distribute content that involves:

• Illegal activity, fraud, scams, impersonation, or account abuse
• Harassment, bullying, targeted abuse, threats of violence, coercion, or blackmail
• Sexual exploitation, child sexual content, or non-consensual sexual content
• Promotion of self-harm, suicide, or dangerous instructions
• Hate speech or content intended to degrade protected groups
• Malware, spam, credential theft, or unauthorized access
• Collection, exposure, or misuse of sensitive personal information without permission

AI Safety Checks

NVC Coach applies basic automated safety checks to both user prompts and AI responses. Requests involving threats, scams, sexual exploitation, self-harm, malware, or other clearly unsafe instructions may be blocked automatically.

AI Safety

We may restrict, refuse, investigate, or suspend access when usage appears unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with this policy.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, payment cancellation, or permanent termination of access.
